ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – With back-to-back victories under their belt, the UCF women's soccer team welcomes the Stetson Hatters to the UCF Soccer Complex on Sunday, Sept. 15 at 6 p.m. The last time the two programs met, the Knights walked away with a 5-1 victory in Deland, Fla.

The Knights

  • The Black and Gold improved to a 2-1-2 record after receiving national attention with votes in the most recent United Soccer Coaches' top 25 poll.
  • Stetson and the Knights have met on the pitch 22 times in the history of the two programs; UCF is a perfect 22-0 against the Hatters.
  • Sophomore Kristen Scott leads the team with three goals on the season, and six Knights that have scored at least one goal this season
  • After the victory over the Florida last weekend, Konya Plummer and Ally Gudorf received recognition from The American, with the conference Defender of the Week and Rookie of the Week awards, respectively.

About the Hatters

  • Through six games, the Hatters are sitting at a 2-4 record, and are still searching for their first road win.
  • Stetson has scored 10 goals to this point in the season, while allowing 16 goals from opponents.
  • Maggie Struble has played in all six games for the Hatters, slotting a team-high four goals on 14 shots.
  • A season ago, Stetson wrapped up their 2018 campaign at 4-10-3 – with victories over Georgia Southern and FIU.
