ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – The UCF men’s golf team and head coach Bryce Wallor have announced the 2019-20 schedule featuring 10 regular season tournaments and the American Athletic Conference Championship.
In the fall, the Knights will compete in five tournaments including the Hartford Hawks Invitational in South Kent, Conn. from Sept. 16-17, which UCF has won the past two years. The Knights took the team win by nine strokes and Bobby Bai took first overall for the individual championship.
UCF will also host the annual Tavistock Collegiate Invitational from Oct. 20-22 at their home course of Isleworth Country Club.
During the spring, UCF will compete in five tournaments before their conference championship. Three of their five tournaments will be in the state of Florida, while they will also be making trips to Las Vegas and Augusta, Ga.
The Knights will start the spring season at the Gator Invitational, Feb. 15-16 before heading out to the annual Southern Highlands Collegiate in Las Vegas in the first three days of March.
UCF will then head back to the Sunshine State for the Mission Inn Spring Spectacular and the UNF/John Hayt Collegiate tournaments. The 2020 Augusta Haskins Award Invitational will be the final tournament before the Knights head to The American Championship in Palm Harbor from April 26-28.
The NCAA Championship is scheduled for May 29-June 3 in Scottsdale, AZ.
The Knights will begin the season on September 1-2 at the Island Resort Collegiate Invitational in Harris, Mich.
