INDIANAPOLIS (UCFKnights.com) – The 2019 NCAA Rowing Championships being on Friday at the Indianapolis Rowing Center at Eagle Creek Park.
All three of UCF’s boats open NCAA action Friday morning.
UCF's Varsity Eight boat, matching its best NCAA seed under head coach Becky Cramer, will race at 9:12 a.m. on Friday.
The five-time conference champion Second Varsity Eight enters the weekend as its highest seed in program history – 16th – and will race at 9:48 a.m. on Friday.
UCF's Varsity Four is seeded 15th, the highest ranking for the squad in their five-year NCAA run - and will race at 10:48 a.m.
The results of Friday's morning races will determine UCF's racing schedule for the remainder of the weekend.

The Black and Gold posted the fourth-straight top 20 team finish at the 2018 NCAA Rowing Championships in Sarasota. UCF's V8 finished 18th overall, while the V4 joined them in the top 20 with a 20th place finish. The 2V8 finished 21st overall.
The 2019 NCAA Rowing Championships are hosted by Indiana and Indiana Sports Corporation and will continue through June 2 at Eagle Creek Park. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased in single session or all-session. Information on parking, tickets and the venue can be found here.
