ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) -- The UCF women's golf team continues to climb in the rankings. In the latest Golfweek rankings report, the Knights are now the top-rated team in the American Athletic Conference.
Individually, freshman Elizabeth Moon is currently ranked as the No. 35 player in the country.
The Knights recently got the spring portion of their 2018-19 season started, taking part in the Florida Challenge and hosting the UCF Challenge. Moon tied for medalist honors at the Florida Challenge, while she finished ninth at the very competitive UCF Challenge.
The Knights will be back in action Feb. 18-19 at the Moon Golf Invitational at Duran Golf Club in Melbourne.
