ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) –With temperatures in the high 60s, why not tailgate for college basketball in January? That’s correct. Tailgating is set to return to Memory Mall for the UCF men’s basketball team’s home game against UConn on Jan. 31.
The Knights are 14-3 and are out to their best start in American Athletic Conference play since joining the league in 2013-14 at 4-1. UCF continues action Wednesday at Tulane and then Sunday at Memphis, before returning home to host UConn Thursday, Jan. 31.
Tailgating will run from 6 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. prior to the 9 p.m. tipoff against the Huskies.
Reservations for spots in Section C of Memory Mall will open on Sunday, Jan. 27 at 6 p.m. and fans will be able to sign up here (https://ucftickets.universitytickets.com/w/default.aspx).
