Sunday’s challenge, however, will be formidable. Western Kentucky (3-1) reached the championship after taking out Valparaiso on Thursday and West Virginia on Friday. The Hilltoppers had 27 wins a season go, and advanced to the semifinals of the NIT.

This year, the Knights aim to leave town with the trophy.
