ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) – The Top 30 candidates for The 2018 Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award® Presented by A.O. Smith has been reduced to 15 of the country’s top college quarterbacks, and UCF’s McKenzie Milton is among the honorees.
Milton has led the Knights to a 7-0 start to the 2018 season, recording 22 total touchdowns, passing and rushing. He has thrown for 1,797 yards and rushed for 204 yards in six games played this season.
The Golden Arm Award® is organized by the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Educational Foundation, Inc. and presented by A. O. Smith. The award has been presented at the end of each season since 1987 to the nation’s top college quarterback, based on accomplishments both on and off the field.

The Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award® Presented by A.O. Smith ceremony will be held on December 7, 2018 in Baltimore, Maryland.

Milton and the No. 10/10 Knights are on a bye this week and will return to action on Nov. 1, hosting Temple. The game is scheduled for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff at Spectrum Stadium with coverage on ESPN and FM 96.9/AM 740 The Game.
