ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – For the second straight week, the UCF men’s soccer team is ranked 19th in the nation in the United Soccer Coaches Poll.

The Knights are also ranked 24th by Top Drawer and 21st by College Soccer News, while being 23 in the latest RPI.

The Black and Gold are 9-2-2 overall after defeating FGCU, 5-1 Tuesday night at the UCF Soccer Complex. Cal Jennings recorded his third hat trick of the year in the win after notching his 15th, 16, and 17th goals of the season.

As a team, UCF is Top 10 in all of Division I in assists per game, points per game, scoring offense, total goals, total points, and is first in shots on goal per game.

Jennings is a strong offensive weapon for UCF averaging over three points per game and 1.42 goals per outing. The junior is second in the nation in total goals (17) and total points (38).

Jennings also holds The American record in single-season points and goals after Tuesday’s thrashing of FGCU.
