Knights Set for AAC Media Days

ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) –With less than a month until the first regular season game of the 2018-19 season, UCF head coach Johnny Dawkins and members of the UCF men’s basketball teams are set to travel to Philadelphia for the annual American Athletic Conference Media Days.

Coach Dawkins, B.J. Taylor, Tacko Fall, Chad Brown and Aubrey Dawkins will head to Philly on Sunday to take part in the two-day event.  

Sunday evening the group will participate in photo shoots and interviews with the American Digital Network and ESPN, before getting into the bulk of interviews and activities Monday morning.

Also to be announced first thing Monday morning will be The American Preseason Coaches Poll and the Preseason All-Conference Teams.

All of Monday’s coverage, including on-set interviews with Coach and Aubrey Dawkins and the coaches’ round table discussions, will be available on The American’s Facebook page. Hali Oughton and former UCF Knight Mike O’Donnell will host the live show.

UCF will host its own media day for local media in Orlando on Thursday, Oct. 18. Coach Dawkins will address the media starting at 12:30 p.m. in the UCF practice facility, with players available immediately after.
