ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - The UCF baseball team will play the final game of its fall slate against outside competition on Friday night at 6:30 p.m. The Knights will renew a domant rivalry against Saint Leo at John Euliano Park.
Head coach Greg Lovelady has led the Knights to a pair of victories in the opening two games of the fall. UCF started with a 7-3 win over Seminole State two weeks ago, before downing the Canadian Junior National Team 17-1 at the ESPN Wide World of Sport last weekened.
The UCF-Saint Leo rivalry is one of the closest in program history, tied at 16-16. The two clubs have not met since 1984.
Admission is free to the game.
