ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – After helping the UCF women’s tennis team to its first NCAA Tournament at-large bid in 2018, redshirt sophomore Rebeka Stolmar was named to the ORACLE/ITA Preseason Singles Rankings, checking in at No. 87.
The sophomore posted a 21-2 mark in singles play during her first year with the Knights. The Budapest, Hungary, native went 20-2 from the No. 3 spot, including a perfect 5-0 record in American Athletic Conference play.
Stolmar was tabbed as The American Freshman of the Year in 2018, as the Knights defeated seven NCAA Tournament teams and seven ranked programs.
