ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – The UCF men's tennis team was named an Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team on Tuesday afternoon. The Knights were among 735 programs across collegiate tennis to earn the honor with a 3.44 GPA for the year.
Vasyl Kiselyov, Alan Rubio, Mikhail Sokolovsky and Eero Vasa received ITA Scholar-Athlete honors after recording a GPA above 3.50 during the 2017-18 academic year.
The Knights went 11-10 during the 2018 campaign, reaching the semifinals of the American Athletic Conference Tournament.
