WSBB to Broadcast UCF in Volusia County

ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) – UCF Athletics and WSBB Radio in Volusia County have announced an agreement that will have all three of WSBB's frequencies carry UCF Athletics broadcasts.
 
UCF Knights broadcasts will be heard on WSBB frequencies AM 1230, AM 1490 and FM 106.9. Combined with UCF's flagship station FM 96.9/AM 740 The Game in Orlando, Knight fans will now be able to hear the Knights on terrestrial radio from Orlando all the way to the coast of Florida in Volusia County.
 
"We at the stations of WSBB are pleased that we are referred to as Volusia County's Sports Leader," WSBB President Skip Diegel said. "Now, with the opportunity to air all UCF Knights football games, pre-and post-game programming and the Wednesday night coaches' show, we feel this is a great opportunity to effectively reach all the Knights fans and alumni throughout Volusia County."
 
In addition to football broadcasts, WSBB will also air a number of UCF men's basketball games during the upcoming season.
