Leadership Development
Student-athletes possess many transferrable skills that all employers seek in potential candidates for hire. Of those skills, leadership is the most sought out. The Knights Leadership Academy office provides additional leadership training through selective programs and unique leadership discussions.

Student-Athlete Leadership Institute
The Student-Athlete Leadership Institute (SALI) is a selective, laddered two-tier program designed to provide additional leadership skills. SALI consists of two cohorts; the Phase I program for developing leaders as sophomores and first year juniors, and the Phase II program for established leaders including juniors and seniors.

SAAC - "The Voice of Student-Athletes"
The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) serves as the voice of all UCF student-athletes and the bridge between student-athletes and athletics administration. The committee is comprised of student-athletes from each sport whose role is to educate student-athletes on NCAA legislative issues, and foster a network of athlete to athlete support. Additionally, SAAC provides leadership, community engagement, and learning opportunities to all student-athletes.
Knight of Champions
UCF is incredibly fortunate to have a roster of accomplished coaches among all 16 sports. In a continued effort to cultivate a family atmosphere, Knight of Champions provides a platform for coaches to meet student-athletes from different sports as they share their personal journeys, leadership skills, life lessons, and keys to success.
