Par for the Course

TALLAHASSEE (UCFKnights.com) -- WIth an even par round, Kaeli Jones moved up 12 spots on the leaderboard Tuesday's at the NCAA Tallahassee Regional, being played at the Don Veller Seminole Golf Course.

Jones now stands 3-over for the tournament after two rounds of action. Jones started Tuesday's play on a roll. She recorded birdies on two of her first five holes. She maintained that 2-under tally through 12 holes. But a double bogey on the Par 3 13th pushed her back to even par for the day. Jones scored a birdie on No. 16 and a bogey on No. 17 to card a 72 (E) for the day and move into a tie for 41st place overall.
