Tyler Osik drove in the game-winning run, his third walk-off of the season, in the 10th inning, as the pitching staff did not issue one walk in a 2-1 win over No. 30 FAU.
Thad Ward tossed seven strikeouts in four innings of relief to keep No. 19 Houston off the board. Dallas Beaver blasted a seventh-inning home run to lift UCF to a 3-2 win in the series opener.
Adams Torres drove in his first career RBI to tie the game in the top of the ninth at 4-4. JJ Montgomery punched seven over five innings, before the Knights scored twice in the top of the 12th to clinch the weekend series with a 6-4 victory.
• Despite scoring three runs through the opening two innings, the Knights could not overcome a four-run first inning by the Cougars, falling in the finale 6-3.

• Held Houston off the scoreboard for the final four innings, striking out seven.
• Worked out of a bases-loaded jam in the sixth and no outs when he came in.
• Induced an inning-ending groundout with a runner on second.
• Picked up his fifth win of the season, as well as his 10th career victory.

• Tossed two scoreless innings against FAU with two strikeouts.
• Threw five innings of game two against Houston.
• Struck out seven and allowed just one unearned run.
• Held the Cougars off the board, despite runners in scoring position in the eighth and 11th innings.
 
PLAYER OF THE WEEK

• Took the team lead with 29 steals, after swiping eight bags.
• On Sunday, became the first Knights since 2007 to steal four bases in a game.
• Also drew six walks on the week.
• Stole home in the series finale against Houston.
 
TEAM NOTES
• The Knights improved to 10-6 against ranked opponents.
• UCF went 9-for-11 when stealing to take the season tally to 99.
Dallas Beaver hit .375 with four RBI.
Tyler Osik chipped in with three RBI.
Rylan Thomas' on-base streak came to an end on Sunday. The sophomore finished at 55 games, the second longest tally in program history.
• UCF relied on its bullpen in all three games. The relievers shaved their ERA down to 2.88, while the team ERA is down to 3.01.
Adams Torres notched the first three hits of his career, as well as his first two RBI.
• Torres first RBI came in the top of the ninth to tie the game on Saturday night.
