ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) -- Teams and individuals advancing to the NCAA Women's Golf Regional Championship round were announced Wednesday evening. UCF senior Kaeli Jones saw her ticket punched and she will wrap up her collegiate career by taking part in the NCAA postseason.
Jones will play in the NCAA Tallahassee regional as an individual. The Tallahassee regional will be played May 7-9 at Don Veller Seminole Golf Course & Club in Tallahassee, Florida, and Florida State University will serve as the host institution.
Jones was an all-conference selection in the American Athletic Conference this season. She finished fifth at The American Women's Golf Championship earlier this month. Jones has consistently been the top golfer for the Knights this season. She led the team with a stroke average of 74.0.
