ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - UCF men's golf head coach, Bryce Wallor has announced the lineup for the 3M Augusta Invitational, set for Saturday and Sunday in Augusta, Ga.
Donnie Trosper, Kyler Tate, Bobby Bai, Tommy Cao, and Manuel Elvira will represent the Knights at the 40th edition of the Invitational held at Forest Hills Golf Club March 31 - April 1.
The two-day tournament, hosted by the Augusta Jaguars, welcomes 15 teams on the par-72 course. The first two rounds take place on Saturday with a 36-hole shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. The event concludes on Sunday for the final 18 holes with tee times off one and 10 beginning at 8:30 a.m.
At last year's tournament, UCF was crowned champions with a team score of 836 (-28) and Bai was individual runner up with a score of 205 (-11). The Knights also took first in 2014 as they look to make it three titles in five years.
This year, UCF will battle Augusta, Georgia State, Houston, Illinois, Kennesaw State, Marquette, Navy, New Mexico, South Carolina, Tennessee , UCLA, USC Aiken, Virginia Tech, and Wake Forest as they defend last season's first place honor.
Four rounds of qualifying were held to determine the participants in this year's 3M Augusta Invitational.

1. Donnie Trosper is exempt for the 2018 3M Augusta Invitational by virtue of a Top 20 finish at The Hayt.
2. Kyler Tate is exempt for the 2018 3M Augusta Invitational by virtue of a Top 20 finish at the Hayt Invitational.
3. Bobby Bai qualified for the 3nd spot in the lineup for the 2018 3M Augusta Invitational by virtue finishing 3nd in the four round qualifier with a score of 8.
4. Tommy Cao qualified for the 4th spot in the lineup for the 2018 3M Augusta Invitational by virtue finishing 4nd in the four round qualifier with a score of 10.
5. Manuel Elvira will play in the 5th spot in the lineup as a coaches' selection for the 2018 3M Augusta Invitational by virtue finishing 5th in the four round qualifier with a score of 16.
