ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – The No. 21 UCF women's tennis team puts its winning streak on the line Friday at the USTA National Campus, as they welcome in state rival No. 37 FIU for a 5 p.m. match.

The Knights (14-2, 3-0) are riding an eight match winning streak, coming off a clean 7-0 sweep of Brown on March 27.

Rebeka Stolmar checks in at No. 122 in the Oracle/ITA Division I singles rankings and leads the Knights with a 14-1 overall singles record this season.

The doubles pairs of Maria Martinez and Ksenia Kuznetsova and Silvia Bordes and Stolmar both have nine doubles wins on the year to lead the Black and Gold.

UCF has been red hot this year and currently boast the highest ranking in program history at 21. The Knights have been in the top 25 in the last four Oracle/ITA Division I team rankings.

FIU (10-1, 3-0) is led by Andrea Lazaro, who comes to Orlando currently ranked No. 4 in the latest Oracle/ITA women's national singles rankings. Ulyana Grib and Maryna Veksler are ranked at No. 14 in the doubles rankings.

The Panthers have won nine straight matches, including most recently a 4-0 victory over UTEP on March 19.
