LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – In the final day of the Dick Vitale Intercollegiate Clay Court Classic, UCF Men's Tennis' Danny Kerznerman competed in the finals of the consolation singles draw.
The Brooklyn native squared off with Federico Gomez from Louisville. Kerznerman kept Gomez under pressure throughout the match, but fell in a 6-3, 6-3 decision.
After dropping his first-round matchup in the main draw, Kerznerman won three straight contests to reach the championship match.
