TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (UCFKnights.com) – The UCF cross country team wrapped up the 2017 campaign on Friday morning at the NCAA South Region Championships.
Senior Kalleigh Forrester was the first Knight to cross the line, finishing in 22:13.0. Classmate Rosie Chamberlain finished in 22:43.1, followed by Jessica Dolan in 23:05.4.
Redshirt senior Marissa Codispodi finished in 23:53.3 and Laura Korsmit rounded out the UCF competitors with a time of 24:49.2.
UCF finished 27th as a team with 772 points.
The Knights will now turn their focus to the track and field season. Indoor competition begins Jan. 13 at the UAB Blazer Invite.
