ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – The UCF cross country team returns to action on Saturday at the 2017 Disney Cross Country Classic.
The women's 5K race is set to start at 8:25 a.m. at the ESPN Wide World of Sports.
The Knights return to action after capturing the FL Runners Invitational title on Sept. 29. All eight UCF competitors finished among the top 15 Division I runners, with five Knights landing in the top eight on the 5K course at Holloway Park.
Last week, Kalleigh Forrester was the top finisher for UCF, and was the fastest Division I competitor. In the first two races this season, freshman Beth Williams paced the squad.
