ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - Every Friday during fall practice for the UCF baseball team, UCFKnights.com will post a weekly recap, as well as a focus on a position group. The fourth week of camp takes a look at the returning arms.
The pitching staff was historic in 2017, jumping all the way up to fifth in the nation with a 3.0 team ERA. Freshman All-American Joe Sheridan and fellow starter Chris Williams return. The Knights will have a bevy of experience coming out of the bullpen in Bryce Tucker, Thad Ward and Eric Hepple. UCF will also be boosted by the returns of Cre Finfrock and Nick McCoy from injury.
