ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) – The first seasons of UCF men's and women's basketball with Johnny Dawkins and Katie Abrahamson-Henderson leading the way were extremely successful. With second seasons just around the corner, the Knights are set to open up 2017-18 in a big way.
The 2017-18 UCF Basketball Tipoff Luncheon will take place Nov. 3, 2017 at CFE Arena and will feature one of the most recognizable faces in college basketball. Former Johnny Dawkins teammate at Duke and current ESPN analyst Jay Bilas will be the keynote speaker for the event.
Coach Dawkins and Coach "ABE" will also speak at the luncheon, and members of both the men's and women's basketball teams will be in attendance to meet and greet with luncheon attendees.
