ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - With incoming inclement weather, the UCF cross country team will race at the UNF Invitational in Jacksonville on Thursday evening at 5:30 p.m.
Originally scheduled for Saturday morning, the Ospreys moved up the meet due to concerns with Hurricane Irma. The women's 5K race will start at 5:30 p.m. on a course at the Hayt Golf Learning Center on the UNF campus.
The Knights opened the season on Sept. 1 at the FAU Invitational. Beth Williams was the top finisher her UCF debut, crossing the line ninth overall. Rosie Chamberlain was just behind her, finishing 10th. UCF took third place as a team.
