ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) - The UCF football team took in the sixth straight practice to start #KnightsCamp Tuesday evening, going under the lights for the first time this summer. The team was in its second day in a row of full pads and just the second full practice outdoors in the first six days of work.
The Knights will get three days off as the student-athletes take care of finals. With camp starting earlier than normal, practices are underway while the players are still in class. UCF will get started again with practices starting Saturday morning.

FROST WEIGHS IN
"There's a lot of really positive things happening. I see some young players stepping up. I see some old players who have been good taking another step. I think our detail needs to keep getting better, but we're getting better as a football team all the time."
