ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) – With the season opener just over a month away, head coach Scott Frost and the UCF football team will open up camp this week in preparation of the 2017 campaign. The first practice of the year will be Thursday morning.

NUMEROUS KNIGHTS ON NATIONAL WATCH LISTS
During the lead-up to preseason the 2017 Knights were named to eight different national award watch lists, highlighted by Shaquem Griffin's four. The redshirt senior linebacker was honored among the best linebackers, defensive players, and overall student-athletes in the nation this summer.
