ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) – UCF head women's golf coach Emily Marron is now under contract to the Knights through 2022. Marrron signed a new five-year contract recently.

Marron led UCF to its second American Athletic Conference championship in three years this past spring. She also earned her second American Athletic Conference Coach of the Year honor. Marron led the Knights to a final ranking of No. 28 by Golfweek and No. 31 by Golfstat.

"I am so proud to coach at UCF and I look forward to the opportunity to continue building our program," Marron said. "I have to express my gratitude to both Danny White and Brad Stricklin for their continued support and confidence in me to lead our team into the future. We have a special thing here at UCF and I'm excited and motivated to continue building on our success."
