Orlando, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – In the 13th installment of the #RiseandConquer series, the Knights are taking all of their positive momentum from spring practice using that to help prepare for the 2017 season.
The team has been spending four days a week in the weight room working with Director of Sports Performance for Football Zach Duval and the rest of the sports performance staff to improve over the summer.
Good nutrition and a balanced workout plan is what the Knights are focusing on in order to get their bodies ready for a full season on the gridiron. Check out that and more in this episode of #RiseandConquer.
