ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – Following a pair of road losses at Tulsa and Houston, the UCF men's basketball team returns to the friendly confines of CFE Arena to host Memphis on Saturday. The Knights and Tigers are scheduled to tip off at 5 p.m. on ESPNews.

UCF (14-8, 5-5 AAC) will aim to avenge a loss at Memphis earlier this season on Saturday.  The Tigers won 70-65 at FedEx Forum back on Jan. 22 behind 16 points from K.J. Lawson.  That defeat was the first of four straight losses for the Knights.

The Tigers (17-6, 7-3 AAC) come to Orlando having won two in a row and five of their last six, dating back to Jan. 14.  Memphis is in third in the American Athletic Conference standings under first year head coach Tubby Smith.

A win on Saturday would mark just the second ever for UCF against Memphis.  The Knights defeated the Tigers 68-67 at CFE Arena on Jan. 18, 2012.  Five years ago Keith Clanton and Marcus Jordan led UCF to the lone win over Memphis with 23 points and 20 points, respectively.

Saturday will be the second opportunity for UCF fans to enjoy the recently added basketball tailgating experience.  Tailgating on Memory Mall will run from 1-5 p.m. and the first 300 students in attendance will receive a t-shirt.

It is also Military Appreciation Night at CFE Arena with free tickets for all active military, veterans and first responders. For tickets Click Here.

There will also be 1,000 UCF koozies available for fans at the game.

Saturday's game will air on ESPNews with Alex Faust and Mark Wise calling the action. Fans can also listen to the game on FM 96.9 The Game, the iHeart radio app and the UCF Knights app with Marc Daniels and Taylor Young on the call.
