ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com)—The UCF men's tennis team returns to the USTA National Campus Friday after a 19-day break. The Knights host Tennessee Tech at 1 p.m., before welcoming Florida Atlantic to Orlando on Sunday at Noon.

Friday's match will be played at the Player Development section of the National Campus.

The Knights enter the week with a 4-1 overall record, with wins over No. 23 Texas Tech, New Mexico, Arizona and Bethune-Cookman. The win over No. 23 Texas Tech was the first win for UCF over a ranked opponent in program history.

Junior Korey Lovett, who is currently ranked 43rd in the country, has a 5-0 record at the top singles spot for the Knights. 

Tennessee Tech enters the match with a 3-2 overall record. In their last match, the Golden Eagles earned a 6-1 victory over UNC Asheville. TTU was picked first in the Ohio Valley Conference preseason poll. UCF has a 3-0 lead in the all-time series over the Golden Eagles.

Florida Atlantic enters Sunday's match with an 8-2 record. Last time out, the Owls fell to Miami, 5-2. Last season, the Knights fell 5-2 to the Owls. The two teams have played at least one match per year over the past 18 seasons. UCF leads the all-time series, 25-9.
