ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - The third episode of the 2016-17 season of Inside UCF Basketball aired this week on FOX 35 (WOFL) in Orlando and will continue its run every Monday night (Tuesday morning) at 1 a.m. throughout the Knights season.
Winners in seven of their last eight games, the Knights are currently gearing up for this Sunday's road contest at Memphis, but this past week's episode of Inside UCF Basketball featured the team's setback at UConn and Saturday's big home victory over Houston. Sophomore B.J. Taylor led the Knights to the 77-70 victory over the Cougars with a 20-point performance, which earned him American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll accolades.
The episode also showcased Taylor specifically in a featuring highlighting his leadership, coming back from injury, and how he's excelled this season at the point. The Orlando native is averaging 16.0 points and 4.4 assists per game in his second season on the court.
