ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – Over the weekend a number of former Knights had success on the gridiron during the National Football League's Wildcard Weekend.
In the first game of the NFL Playoffs it was a showdown between a pair of Knights in the Oakland Raiders' Latavius Murray and the Houston Texans' A.J. Bouye. The Texans came out on top 27-14, but both former UCF standouts had impressive performances.
Murray, who was fifth in the league with 12 rushing touchdowns during the regular season, became the first running back in UCF history to score a touchdown in the NFL Playoffs.

After starting 11 games and recorded 63 tackles during the regular season, Bouye was impressive on Saturday. The defensive back was thrown at seven times, gave up no catches, broke up one pass and recorded his second interception of the season.
Hard work pays off.
