Orlando, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – The UCF Knights (6-6, 4-4) will stay in their hometown for this year's bowl game against the Arkansas State Red Wolves (7-5, 6-1) in the AutoNation Cure Bowl. Kickoff for this contest is set for noon from Camping World Stadium. Below are some key facts and statistics about the contest.
Match-Up Facts:
- This will be the second meeting between these two programs. UCF defeated Arkansas State 31-20 in 1991.
- Both teams were members of Division I-AA (now FCS) during their first meeting.
- UCF is 3-4 all-time in bowl games and the Knights have won three of their last four bowl games, including the 2014 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.
- This will be UCF's seventh bowl game in 10 years and its first trip to the AutoNation Cure Bowl.
