ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – Homecoming is always one of the most memorable weeks of the season, and the American Athletic Conference has announced UCF's game against Temple on Saturday, Oct. 15, will kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET. ESPNU will broadcast the contest.
The Knights hold a 2-1 advantage in the all-time series against the Owls. UCF took the first two meetings as conference foes, while Temple took last year's matchup in Philadelphia. The lone meeting in Orlando was a 34-14 victory for UCF and saw Justin Holman go 25-for-39 with 336 yards and two scores.
Overall, the Black and Gold hold a 25-11 mark on Homecoming. The Knights had a streak of six-consecutive Homecoming wins snapped last season.
Prior to the meeting with the Owls, UCF welcomes Tulane on Friday at 8 p.m. The contest is set to air on ESPNU.
