Newport, R.I. (UCFKnights.com) - After filling their stomachs with lobster at Monday evening's annual Clambake, the Knights completed their final day at the 2016 #AmericanKickoff media days.

New UCF head coach Scott Frost and players Justin Holman and Jamiyus Pittman spent the day talking to local and national media members at the Hyatt Regency Newport Hotel and Spa. Frost spoke about the talent the Knights have as well as how pleased he's been with the progress the Knights have made over the summer.
Holman and Pittman interviewed with the CBS Sports Network, the American Sports Network and the American Digital Network for segments that will be used this upcoming season.
