ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – UCF Athletics has announced a partnership with iHeartMedia to provide broadcasts for the 2016-17 season. Knights fans will be able to tune in to hear every football and men's basketball game, as well as at least 25 baseball contests this year, on multiple platforms including FM 96.9/AM 740 The Game, 101.1 FM HD 2 and on the iHeartRadio App.
 
UCF also has named "Voice of the Knights" Marc Daniels as the department's director of broadcasting. Daniels will be in his 22nd season calling UCF games in 2016-17. He also currently serves as host of "The Beat of Sports" on FM 96.9/AM 740 The Game weekdays from 9-12 p.m.
 
Fans are encouraged to download the iHeartRadio App for free at 969thegame.com or iHeart.com to stream live UCF games. The new UCF Athletics App, to be released soon, will also have links to stream the action.

For UCF football contests, joining Daniels in the booth will be Gary Parris who returns for his 20th season as the color analyst, and his first since 2010. Jerry O'Neill enters his 22nd season as part of the crew and handling sidelines and pregame hosting duties. Scott Adams, in his 15th year, will be involved with the pregame and postgame shows, and also serve as the in-stadium host for the radio broadcast. Entering his 12th year, Brian Fritz serves as the producer for all UCF broadcasts, and engineer Frank Lovre returns for a 26th season.
