While the start of fall camp for the UCF football team is less than one week away, the Knights had some special guests join them during the off-season to put the team through a workout that enhanced the importance of teamwork.

"The Program", which was founded in 2008 by former member of the United State Marine Corps Eric Kapitulik, is a military based workout with the goal of providing college athletic teams with the best team building service in the country.

The football team took part in the training for two days during the month of June. Head Coach Scott Frost feels the experience was extremely valuable.

"A lot of the culture and ideas we're going to have as a football program will be traced back to the things that were taught to us in the couple of days that the program was here," said Frost.
