Bright House Networks Stadium - Memory Mall Spaces

Memory Mall: Reserved Spaces and More Entertainment

For the first time, all tailgating spaces on Memory Mall will be reserved this season. Students and alumni now have exclusive access to reserving tailgating spots on Memory Mall, which also will feature live music, some of Orlando's finest food trucks and limited-edition collectibles provided by the Student Government Association.

The changes will be a convenience to students and alumni who in the past have had to show up several hours early to secure a spot. Now students and alumni who reserve spaces in advance can arrive just as tailgating gets under way, or even after it starts, and they will have a spot waiting for them.

Student spaces will be in the sections closest to the Student Union and the middle section of Memory Mall. Alumni spaces will be in the section closest to the CFE Arena.

Those who sign up can choose which space they want to reserve, and reservations will be accepted for each game individually.

Reservations guarantee participants a designated tailgating spot on game day. They must provie their own tent and other tailgating gear. Student reservations include a complimentary parking pass for Garage H.

FIU Spaces Sold Out

The changes will debut Thursday, Sept. 3, when the Knights host Florida International University in the season opener. Free, online reservations for the FIU game sold out within hours of going live on Monday, Aug. 17. Keep an eye on Knights on the Mall's Facebook and Twitter pages for cancellations that may open up some spaces.

Tailgate reservations will be open Sept. 7 at 10 a.m. for the Furman game on Sept. 19.

On Game Day

On game day, check in will begin one hour before the start of game day activities on campus. For the home opener on Sept. 3, students and alumni can check in beginning at noon. Tailgating will be permitted starting at 1 p.m.

Unreserved spaces (if any) will be available to students and alumni on a first-come, first-served basis starting when check-in begins. Students and alumni wishing to reserve spaces on game day should report to the check-in tent in the student section.

Other tailgating spaces on campus will remain available to fans on a first-come, first-served basis.
