BRIGHT HOUSE NETWORKS STADIUM
UCF opened Bright House Networks Stadium with a nationally televised game against the University of Texas in September 2007. The Knights have posted a 40-11 home record on campus, and they have won two Conference USA championship games at home.
Before moving into their $55 million on-campus stadium, the Knights spent the previous 28 seasons at the Citrus Bowl in downtown Orlando.
The 45,323-seat Bright House Networks Stadium is one of many modern amenities on the north end of UCF's main campus in East Orlando. The north end also features the 10,000-seat CFE Arena, 2,000 beds of student housing and several restaurants and shops.
UCF capped its inaugural season at Bright House Networks Stadium by winning six straight games at home, including a 44-25 victory over Tulsa in the Conference USA Championship Game.
In 2009, the Knights set the Bright House Networks Stadium attendance record when 48,453 fans packed the house to watch UCF play No. 9 Miami. Later in 2009, the host Knights defeated No. 13 Houston 37-32 to record the first win in program history over a nationally ranked opponent.
In 2010, the Knights beat SMU 17-7 to win their second C-USA title at home.
In 2013, UCF won five of six home games en route to a program-best 12-1 season.
In 2014, UCF posted a 6-0 home record as part of a second-consecutive American Athletic Conference championship season.
