<strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong> <br /><br />ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) -</strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong> UCF junior Kayla Pritchett finished fourth in the heptathlon on Friday, boosting the Knights to a team total of 29 points, which is tied for third in the team standings, with two days and 16 event finals remaining.

PRITCHETT TAKES FOURTH
Kayla Pritchett posted a new personal best point total of 4,744 points to earn fourth overall. The junior posted career-best performances in both the long jump (17-3.75/5.28m) and 800-metet run (2:22.78). Her point total surpassed her previous personal best of 4,557 points, which she accumulated at the Drake Relays on April 28.

THREE TO THE FINALS
The Knights had three runners in the 200-meter dash earn a spot in Sunday's final. SheKara Martin was the lone UCF runner to win her heat, clocking a 23.77 to win Heat 3 and earn an automatic spot in the finals. J'Nea Bellamy and Alissa Williams each got in on time after runner-up finishes in their heats. Bellamy ran 23.74 in Heat 4, while Alissa Williams crossed the line at 23.75 in Heat 2.

CHAMBERLAIN ADVANCES
Rosie Chamberlain, who won the AAC 800m Indoor title, earned a spot in Sunday's 800-meter run final, cruising to a Heat 1 victory time of 2:07.79. The sophomore's time was the second fastest run in the prelims just eight-hundredths of a second behind UConn's Kat Vodopia.

DAY THREE
The Knights will have a late start to Day 3 on Saturday with only the long jump and javelin competing during the day and the running events starting at 7 p.m.
