ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - The men's tennis team heads to Tampa to take on No. 17 USF at 11 a.m. on Saturday. The Bulls are the fourth conference opponent of the season for the Knights, who are 2-1 in American Athletic Conference action.

Junior Inaki Espindola has five wins at No. 1 singles, while junior Chris Barrus has five wins at No. 2. Sophomore Nico De Fraia has collected eight of his 11 singles wins at No. 5.
In doubles action, UCF's No. 1 tandem of Barrus and Espindola have eight wins on the season. Sangroniz and partner sophomore Tyler Pate have four wins at No. 2, while junior Mariano Porter and freshman Jack Thiessen have four wins at No. 3.
No. 17 USF enters the weekend with a 13-6 overall record. The Bulls have won six of their last seven matches, and host Oklahoma on Friday. Two Bulls are ranked in the ITA singles rankings, while USF has a pair ranked in doubles. Roberto Cid is ranked No. 5 in singles with a 15-2 record at No. 1, while Dominic Cotrone holds the No. 31 ranking with a 7-4 record. In doubles, Cotrone and partner Justin Roberts are ranked No. 32 with an 8-2 record at No. 1.
The Knights seek their first win at USF since 2010, when UCF edged the Bulls in a 4-3 decision. USF has won the last five meetings.
UCF returns to the UCF Tennis Complex on April 7 to host Bethune-Cookman in the final home match of the season. Jose Sangroniz will be recognized prior to the match for Senior Day.
