ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - The Knights fell two spots to 12th at the Annika Intercollegiate Monday at Reunion Golf Club.
Junior Ashley Holder continues to lead the Knights after shooting another 71 (-1). She is now tied for 17th among individuals after carding five birdies including one on her last hole of the day.
Junior Ayaka Nakayama and sophomore Laura Sojo each carded a 74 (+2) while senior Mary Mulcahy shot 75 (+3). Junior Johanna Larsson ended the day with a 77 (+5).
In team play, USC shot a combined 17-under par on the day notching 22 combined birdies. The Trojans (-29) have opened up a 15-shot lead over the field. Texas A&M (-12) is second and Arizona (-9) is third.
