BATON ROUGE, La. (UCFKnights.com) -- The No. 21 UCF women's golf team struggled in Saturday's second round at the LSU Tiger Classic, held at the University Club.
No member of the Knights carded more than two birdies in the second round. Each UCF golfer playing as part of the team lineup was at least 4-over par Saturday.
Mary Mulcahy, who is taking part as an individual, has the best standing in the tournament for the Knights. The junior was 4-over par in the second round. Mulcahy's 7-over score for the tournament has her tied for 18th.
As for the team lineup, sophomore Ashley Holder and senior Monifa Sealy are tied for 33rd. That duo is 10-over for the tournament. Senior Fanny Cnops is tied for 38th at +11. Ayaka Nakayama (+12) is tied for 44th, while junior Paola Robles is tied for 55th at 14-over.
