ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) -- With sights set on bouncing back after a 4-3 road loss to USF, the Knights returned home Friday to face off against Drexel at 2 p.m.
While UCF (8-6, 3-5 The American) claimed the first set in three matches, the teams were unable to finish play due to inclement weather. Junior Sofia Baptista delivered a 6-3, 6-3 victory in the only completed match of the afternoon.
The unit will host FIU next Friday at 2 p.m. and will round out the weekend homestand with UAB at noon on Saturday.
