ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) -- It's been six months since Knights Without Borders visited St. Vincent and the Grenadines, but now thanks to a documentary released Tuesday, UCF can take a look back on its service trip.

The Knights' memories have been preserved forever thanks to student and trip videographer Jessica Keller. Her long-awaited documentary feature has been released courtesy of UCF Athletics.

While in St. Vincent, the Knights worked in conjunction with Adonal Foyle's Kerosene Lamp Foundation. The foundation was created in 2003 to use sport as a bridge to the next generation, promoting education and health awareness, providing free athletics and academics camps and mentoring at-risk student-athletes.

A group of 17 student-athletes along with staff spent a week in May running sports clinics/P.E. classes and rebuilding a library on the island of Bequia. UCF plans to return to the islands May 10-16 to work once again with the Kerosene Lamp Foundation.
