ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) -- On July 1, UCF will officially become a member of the American Athletic Conference. As the Knights get ready to close the chapter on their time in Conference USA, UCFAthletics.com counts down the top-10 women's soccer players of the C-USA era. Here's a look at Nos. 10-6 before the top five are revealed next week.

10. Bianca Joswiak (2009-12) No other player in school history has heard her name announced as a starter more times than Bianca Joswiak. With 92 starting nods in 94 career games played (also a school record), the German defender was a force on the back line for the Knights during her tenure as they racked up three Conference USA championships (2009, 2010 regular season; 2012 tournament). During the 2011 campaign, she netted the Knights' final goal of penalty kicks in the NCAA Tournament to upend North Carolina and advance to the Elite Eight. As a captain her senior year, she led a defense that finished the season ranked second nationally for goals against average (.524) - a program best during the C-USA era. The team also ranked fourth nationally in shutout percentage (.625) and broke the school record for most shutouts in a season (15).

9. Nikki Moore (2006-09) One of UCF's top defenders, Nikki Moore was a four-time All-Conference USA selection, including three appointments to the first team. She was also picked to the NSCAA's All-Southeast Region Team twice. By her senior year, she was responsible for marking the opponent's top player nearly every game, and during her career, she helped the team freeze out 33 opponents. She was a member of two C-USA championship squads (2007, 2009) and helped the Knights earn four-straight berths to the NCAA Tournament Second Round.

8. Jennifer Manis (2005-07) The Knights were in good hands with Jennifer Manis in between the posts from 2005-07. The NSCAA Collegiate Scholar All-American was named the C-USA Defensive Player of the Year in 2007 and was a two-time all-conference honoree. She appears in UCF's record book for career saves (T4th, 208), goals-against average (5th, 1.02) and shutouts (9th, 15).

7. Courtney Whidden (2006-09) When Courtney Whidden scored, she certainly made it count. Of her 33 career goals, 13 were game-winning, good enough for No. 2 all-time in UCF's record books. She ranks ninth in program history for the 77 points she tallied during her time with the Black and Gold. In her senior season, she was recognized as an all-conference and an all-region selection.

6. Nicolette Radovcic (2009-12) Nicolette Radovcic's motor never quit during her four years on the pitch. Often the team's energizer, Radovcic's effort in 94 career games (a school record) did not go unnoticed as she was honored by the NSCAA with two all-region accolades. She ranks eighth in school history for career goals (30) and fifth for game-winners (10). Arguably the two most memorable goals of her career were also game-winners: Her strike against Florida in the 2011 NCAA Tournament to advance UCF to the Sweet 16 and her dagger against Tulsa in 2012 to deliver the Knights' first C-USA Tournament title. As a captain her senior year, she led the team to its highest national ranking in two decades.
