ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - The No. 13 UCF track and field team will be represented by its throwers at the Seminole Twilight on Friday at Mike Long Track in Tallahassee.
Precious Ogunleye, Megan Patterson, Destinee Romain and Kalen Hambrick all look to climb up the league standings before the Knights head to Houston next week for the Conference USA Championships hosted by Rice May 9-12.
UCF is one of 14 teams set to compete at the meet. Hammer throw beings at 3 p.m. and will be followed by discus at 6:30 p.m. before shot put at 7:15.
Ogunleye has emerged as the Knights' top performer in all three events this season.

On Thurdsay, Octavious Freeman retained her presence on the updated Bowerman Watch List. She is one of four sprinters and 10 athletes in the country being considered for track and field's highest honor. Freeman, who was the first true freshman to warrant consideration in 2012, was added to the list in April.
