GREENVILLE, N.C. (UCFAthletics.com) - Conference USA tournament seeding is on the line as the UCF softball team hits the road to take on East Carolina. The series will wrap up the regular season for the seventh-place Knights (26-24, 7-14 C-USA) and the fifth-place Pirates (21-27, 11-9).
UCF will clinch the six seed in the conference tournament with two wins while the Memphis Tigers will remain the six seed if the Knights are unable to win twice. The Pirates can finish as high as fourth.
The teams will play a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday before concluding the series with a single game at noon Sunday.

The Knights swept the Pirates in Orlando a season ago, but ECU holds a 17-7 all-time advantage in the series.
