ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - The UCF women's tennis team aims to extend its win streak to three when the Knights travel to Tampa this Wednesday to face off against in-state rival USF at 2 p.m.

The Knights currently stand at 7-3 on the season, and are coming off two impressive victories against in-state opponents Florida Gulf Coast, 7-0, and North Florida, 4-3.

Freshman Caroline Eberhart finished off the Ospreys in Jacksonville with her defeat over Rebeca Pereria in No. 5 singles, while junior Josephine Haraldson closed the weekend out with two doubles victories and a pair of singles wins. The two Knights lead the team with 16 singles victories apiece, and hope to carry the momentum when they take the court to play the No. 47 Bulls (new rankings come out Feb. 26).

USF holds a 3-3 record, including a 3-0 mark against BIG EAST competition. The Bulls enjoyed a weekend sweep with wins coming against Georgetown, 7-0, and St. John's, 6-1.

The Knights are set to travel to Memphis, Tenn., March 8 to play Conference USA rival Memphis, and follow the matchup with a contest against Saint Louis March 9.
